1. Services
Ready for Rent helps prepare properties for rental, move-in, move-out, listing, or turnover. Services may include cleaning, deep cleaning, rental turnover preparation, add-on coordination, and related property prep services.
Some services may be completed by independent cleaners, contractors, vendors, or third-party service providers arranged through Ready for Rent.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All prices shown on the website are starting prices only. Final pricing depends on property size, condition, location, access, timing, required add-ons, and vendor availability.
A quote must be approved before work begins.
Ready for Rent may update a quote if the property condition is different than described, if extra work is required, or if the scope changes.
3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to secure a booking. The standard booking deposit is $99, unless otherwise stated.
For larger jobs, Ready for Rent may require:
- full payment upfront,
- a partial deposit,
- milestone payments, or
- final balance before completion or photo delivery.
Work will not be scheduled with vendors until the required payment has been received.
The client is responsible for all approved service charges, vendor costs, add-ons, taxes, and fees.
4. Third-Party Vendors
Ready for Rent may coordinate third-party vendors, including cleaners, service providers, junk removal providers, carpet cleaners, handyman providers, or other service professionals.
Clients do not pay vendors directly unless Ready for Rent gives written approval. Payments are made to Ready for Rent, and Ready for Rent handles vendor payment separately.
Ready for Rent is not responsible for delays, cancellations, conduct, quality issues, or availability caused by third-party vendors, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve concerns.
5. Property Access
The client is responsible for arranging safe and timely access to the property.
Accepted access methods may include:
- client present at the property,
- landlord/property manager present,
- realtor or lockbox access,
- concierge/front desk access,
- tenant or authorized person present.
Ready for Rent does not take permanent possession of keys unless agreed in writing.
If access is not available at the scheduled time, the booking may be cancelled or rescheduled, and the deposit may be non-refundable.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.
Deposits may be non-refundable if:
- a vendor has already been booked,
- the client cancels late,
- property access is unavailable,
- the scope changes after booking,
- the client provides inaccurate information.
Ready for Rent may reschedule services due to vendor availability, unsafe conditions, weather, emergencies, or access issues.
7. Property Condition and Scope Changes
Clients must accurately describe the property condition when requesting a quote.
Extra charges may apply for:
- excessive dirt or debris,
- heavy grease,
- pest activity,
- biohazards,
- hoarding conditions,
- junk removal,
- damaged areas,
- unsafe work conditions,
- additional rooms or areas not disclosed,
- same-day or rush service.
Ready for Rent or its vendors may refuse service if the property is unsafe or outside the agreed scope.
8. Completion Photos and Proof of Work
Ready for Rent may request completion photos or videos from vendors to confirm work performed.
Photos may be used for internal quality checks. Public use for marketing will only occur if identifying personal items, addresses, or private information are removed or if permission is given.
9. Client Responsibilities
The client must:
- provide accurate property details,
- confirm access method,
- approve the quote,
- make required payments on time,
- disclose hazards or unusual conditions,
- secure valuables and personal items,
- ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available if required.
Ready for Rent is not responsible for lost valuables, unsecured items, or pre-existing damage.
10. Satisfaction and Issues
If there is an issue with the service, the client must contact Ready for Rent within 24 hours of completion with photos and details.
Ready for Rent may offer a correction, partial adjustment, vendor follow-up, or other reasonable solution. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
11. No Guarantee of Rental Approval
Ready for Rent helps prepare properties, but does not guarantee that a property will rent faster, pass inspection, receive higher rent, or be approved by tenants, landlords, property managers, or regulators.
12. Limitation of Liability
Ready for Rent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost rent, lost income, delayed listings, tenant issues, or vendor delays.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ready for Rent’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service at issue.
13. Payments and Processing
Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce, or another secure payment provider.
Ready for Rent does not store full credit card details directly on its website.
14. Changes to Terms
Ready for Rent may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be posted on the website.
